It's wealth because the values that come with it give you an edge in society, there's respect and admiration attached to it. So also, health is wealth. What do I mean?

   Health being wealth is the state of wellbeing, free from diseases and sickness, both physically, mentally and emotionally. Health and wealth are related in many ways. For someone who is ill mentally or physically, you will not be able to work properly or not work at all. And if you cannot work in the way you ought to, you cannot acquire your desired amount of wealth. You can see that health itself promotes wealth. A healthy person will be more active, efficient, and intelligent and this will directly affect his ability to work better and earn a great amount of wealth.

You should invest in your health because it is evident that you will live long in doing so. People with bad health often die at a relatively young age. Truly, death is inevitable and unpredictable but the odds of dying from having a non-healthy lifestyle are on the increase unlike when you live a healthy lifestyle. Good health makes you a better person both physically and mentally. When you live in good health, you live happily. How do you live a healthy life?

Have a healthy mind: A healthy mind enhances the performance of the brain. The brain will be able to function well and stay active.

Do exercise: "Exercise is the best medicine". Proper exercise is more likely to free you from infections, allergies, stress and other health problems. Physical, mental, and spiritual exercise improves immunity and makes you stronger.

Sleep well: Having a good sleep will help in staying healthy. At least have 8 hours of sleep in a day.

Eat a balanced diet: Eating good and healthy meals will help enhance your health. Watch what you eat and make sure it's healthy, not harmful.

Do check-ups: You don't have to wait till you see the symptoms of an illness before you do check-ups. Doing check-ups should be your regular routine; sick or not!
