Do you know that everyday can be amazing when you start it right? Yes, it can. All you need is to put in place the right things to make each day a great day for you. Here in this article are some little things you might not have considered but are perfect to do in order to have a great day:

1. Give yourself time: Getting up an hour earlier everyday gives you time to set your day. This won't let you rush into the day, you get the time to set your brain, body and mind for the day. When you rush your morning routine, you can end up feeling flustered or agitated throughout the day. Be kind to yourself and relish that extra time. This will set you well for the day.

2. Attitude of gratitude: Being grateful for a new day should be your first attitude when you wake up. A simple "Thank you Lord for a new day" will help start the day well and even put a smile on your face. Learn to appreciate the universe for the dawn of a new day.

3. Deep breathing, a simple yoga and meditation: These 3 things are very essential in starting your day. It's advisable to take 8-10 deep breaths when you wake up, then do yoga exercise to stretch your body and de-knot your muscles. And 15 minutes of meditation will create a sense of peace that will carry you throughout the day. These three steps will blow off sleep from your eyes and awaken your mind and body. Do it everyday!

4. Take a walk: Getting out in nature for a walk or run is a fantastic way to start your day. This will spur up your energy and fill you with a sense of wellbeing that lasts all day long.

5. Listen to good music: Create a morning playlist of all your favorite uplifting songs. It's a way to fire you up for the day and put you in a good mood. You can also create calm songs for your deep breathing and yoga exercise session.

6. Breakfast: This is the most important meal of the day. Don't skip breakfast! I know a lot of people are guilty of this because we rush our morning routines and have no time left for breakfast before starting the day's work. But do you know that when you eat breakfast, you set yourself for an energy filled day? From today onwards, make out time in the morning to sit down and eat a delicious and healthy breakfast. A good breakfast makes you happy.
